中文摘要 | 我國回流教育(Recurrent Education)的實施,自民國八十五年起推動至今,尚未經體系化的評析,現有研究多著重回流教育全貌辨識及成人參與各類型回流教育與特性分析。對於回流教育實施的實務現況及參與情形有必要探析。是以本研究以政策文獻與官方統計資料為主並兼及重要決策文件來評判回流教育的實務與成人參與。目前我國回流教育聚焦在學校本位的回流教育,包括高等教育之回流、技職教育之回流、教師專業之回流及補償性型之回流四類,其中補償性回流係對失學之民眾做補償性教育較不符合「從工作到教育,從教育到工作」的回流教育意涵,故不列入分析。 |
英文摘要 | Since 1996, Recurrent Education has been put into implementation in Taiwan. However, its effectiveness has not yet been systematically analyzed. Most current studies of Recurrent Education emphasize the identification of its "composite" aspects and the characteristic analysis of different modes of participation in adult learning. It is necessary that the surveys on the practice of adult participation be conducted. The major purpose of this research is to assess the practice of Recurrent Education and adult participation by examining historical and official documents, as well as decisive policies. The research holds that the Recurrent Education in Taiwan focuses on the formal schooling, and its profiles include four forms - higher education, technical/vocational education, teaching professional education and compensatory learning. Among these four forms, compensatory learning will not be addressed as the form aims to provide compensatory education for the least educated people, which does not correspond to the implication of Recurrent Education - "From School to Work, from Work to School." |
