中文摘要 | 本文主要在探討供應鏈管理議題,透過上游原料或半成品供應商及下游中間商之組合評選,以建構更有效率之供應鏈。其中分別以品質、彈性、交期、成本作為選擇上游供應商指標;獲利性、市場性作為下游中間商之指標,運用多目標二元整數規劃方法產生不同之決策組合單元,再透過資料包絡法以評估各種組合而成之決策單元效率值,從中評選具效率前緣之受評單元,以作為建構供應鏈成員之選擇依據。最後,藉由敏感度分析以有效降低組合所產生之疑慮,進一步提供決策參考。 |
英文摘要 | The issue of selecting upward and downward supply chain components out of a group of candidates catches many attentions in supply chain management. Each upward supplier is evaluated in the four indices: quality, flexibility, cost, and delivery; Each downward dealer is evaluated in the eight indices: Profitability: (Employees, Assets, Stockholders' Equity, Revenues & Profits), Marketability (Revenues & Profits, Market Value, Total Return to Investors, Earning Per Share). The problem is modeled as a multi-objective binary integer linear programming (MOBILP). A combination of the selection of supply chain partners is called a decision combination unit (DCU). With the various indices of the selected suppliers of a DCU, one could compute the sum of each index. Therefore, a DCU is corresponding to a decision-making unit (DMU) with different attributes. We use data envelopment analysis (DEA) to measure the efficiency of the possible DMUs. We also provide the better decision-making about how to construct a supply chain structure. |
