英文摘要 | The delivery time of plastic mold for 3C products is gradually shortened with profit on the drastic decrease that the optimal mold design plays a vital role of profitability. By applying CAE simulation technologies, the mold design problems can be rapidly identified to reduce mold development cost and upgrade product yield rate that become the important competitive source for 3C industries at current stage. This paper illustrates the application of CAE technologies in rapidly locating the optimal design to prevent defective products caused by high shear stress by taking CAE analysis of a thin shell CD tray model as example. |
