中文摘要 | 本研究採問卷調查法,探討國中教師對學校本位課程發展的認知與態度。研究對象包括臺南市公立國民中學教師257人。研究工具為研究者自編的「學校本位課程發展問卷」。結果發現:國中教師對學校本位課程發展的認知,百分之六十六認為在回應教育行政機關的要求;參與成員以教師為最多;活動方式以「選用坊間課程教材並加以調整」為最多;課程觀點以「課程是師生暨動的過程與結果」為最多;學生觀點以「課程宜視學生需要作調整」為最多;教師角色以「課程實施者」為最多。多數教師認為該校目前需要發展學校本位課程發展、不瞭解學校本位課程發展的涵義。 |
英文摘要 | The main purpose of this study is to explore the perception and attitude of the secondary school teachers for school-based curriculum development. The method of questionnaire survey is adopted. The subjects include two hundred and fifty-seven teachers of the public secondary school of Tainan. The researcher made the questionnaire of school-based curriculum development. The main results show that 66% teachers think the SBCD responds the requests of the educational administrative institution. The most teachers think the way of activity is selecting and adapting the textbook; the curriculum is the process and product of the teacher-student interaction that should depend on students' need; the teacher is the role of curriculum implementation. Most of the teachers think their schools need school-based curriculum development; the curriculum is the teachers' responsibility; their professional ability is insufficient; they need participate the in-service activity and will engage SBCD; they don't understand the meaning of SBCD. |
