中文摘要 | 工業設計在產品開發中扮演愈來愈重要之角色,很多產品開發的過程中通常少不 了工業設計師之參與,甚至在產品設計開發過程中的某些階段以專案之方式由工業設計部門 或設計公司來負責設計,工業設計部門在接到專案起至專案結案移交在其它部門之過程當中 ,如何控制專案之順利進行以達成預定之目標,攸關產品開發之成功與否,所以工業設計專 案管理已成為工業設計管理者重要之工作之一。本研究以預先準備之問題,針對企業內之工 業設計部門及設計公司之負責人或主管進行深入訪談,以探討其工業設計專案管理之方式與 要領。研究結果包括專案形成與規劃、專案人力之組成、專案之時程管理、專案之成本管理 、專案之設計品質管理、專案之風險管理和專案之成果評量等七個議題,本研究也比較企業 內工業設計部門與設計公司在此七項議頭之差異。 |
英文摘要 | Industrial Design increasingly plays an important role in the product development. Industrial designers often involve in the product development process. Industrial departments or design consultant firms even take fully responsibility of design in some phases of the product development process. How to make the projects proceed smoothly and finish as scheduled during industrial units take over the project and pass to other units does matter the success of the product development. The management of the project related to industrial design has become one of important jobs of the manager who is responsible of industrial design. This research is conducted by in-depth interviews with prepared questions to ask the top managers of the industrial design department of manufacturing companies and the design consultant firms which have been doing industrial design for a long time in Taiwan to explore how and skills of managing industrial design project. The issues about project organization, project schedule controls, project cost control, project quality control, project risk management and project evaluation criteria are discussed in this study. The difference between the industrial design departments of manufacturing companies and the design consultant firms about these issues are further explored. |
