中文摘要 | 國小圖書館是學校的教學資源中心,除了有責任教導學童傳統利用圖書館的基本知能外,更應符合資訊時代的需求,培養兒童資訊素養。本研究的目的,在於瞭解國小學童的資訊素養需求,並比較不同性別學童的差異。研究對象選自臺中市國小五年級之男女學童,問卷的設計依據麥克庫勞(C.R. McCLURE)對資訊素養所下的定義:資訊素養是傳統素養、媒體素養、電腦素養與網路素養的結合。本研究結果顯示:(1)臺中市國小五年級學生對傳統素養、媒體素養、網路素養與電腦素養都顯示迫切的需求。(2)研究者依據相關文獻,並參考目前國小五年級學生的資訊素養需求的實徵資料,設計循序漸進的國小圖書館利用教育綱要,希望藉此課程培養兒童判斷、選擇、整理及處理資訊的能力,以奠定終身學習的基礎。 |
英文摘要 | Traditionally, teaching activities are based on the simple one-way learning between the teacher, textbook, and student. The goal of the new curriculum standards and new small class projects are to prepare students for creative thinking and information problem-solving through multiple, individual and suitable learning in this grobal information society. With more and more sources of information, students should be able to contemplate the resources abailable from the Internet, television, CD-ROM, books and newspapers. The purpose of this paper is to investigate the needs for information literacy among 5th grade students in elementary schools of Taichung area and design a new curriculum guideline of school library media program. The questionnaire of information literacy includes traditional literacy, media literacy, network literacy and computer literacy. The findings of this study are: (1)Most of the 5th grade students are urgent to have the needs of information literacy. (2)The newguideline of sequential library instruction is offered for gradesl to 6 in the following areas: acknowledgement of library and related knowledge, literature appreciation, information skills and technology media. This program would improve children's information literacy in the future. |
