英文摘要 | The purposes of the study were twofold: (1) to investigate the traits, identification procedures and methods of the leadership gifted, and (2) to develop the identification tools for those gifted. According to the principle of multiple-assessment, the researcher developed three forms of identification tools: (1) They are Form A: Interpersonal Experience Inventory for Self- Evaluation; (2) Form B: Leadership Characteristics Scale for Teacher Rating; (3) Form C: Award for Peer Nomination. The national norm of Form A was established through a sample of 1,694 students from grade 5 to grade 8. The retest reliability was .80. The concurrent validity, according to the correlation between Form A and Form B (.42) and the correlation between Form A and Form C (.30), are acceptable. |
