中文摘要 | 本實驗利用東和鋼鐵與桂宏企業公司的直流電弧爐以HBI(Hot Briquetted Iron)海綿鐵磚取代5-25%的廢鋼之電爐煉鋼試驗,主要是探討HBI添加比例、加料方式對電爐作、耗電量、副料用量、爐渣及鋼品成份等變數所造成的影響,總計使用350公噸HBI原料、21爐次電爐煉鋼,HBI添加比例為5%、10%、15%、20%、25%。 試驗結果並未發因添加HBI而造嚴重之黏爐壁及產生火花爆發或操作不便等現象,實驗數據顯示除電爐耗電量增加,對其出鋼前爐渣鹽基度的影響不大,重要的是可大幅降低殘餘元素的含量,明顯提升鋼品品質,而且HBI添加比例越高效果越好,同時也跨出國內電爐鋼業使用HBI的步伐,建立基本的經驗與技術。 |
英文摘要 | This study is based on steelmaking adding 5% to 25%HBI(hoT Briquetted Iron) by direct-current electric are furnace (DC EAF) at melting shop of Tung Ho and Kuei Hung. This paper summarizes the effects of the HBI addition in the metallic charge on important processing parameters of the EAF steel making operation, such as electrical energy consumption, additives consumption, slag basicity and chemical composition of the liquid steel. HBI totally 350 tons were added in 21 heats of EAF steel making while the contents of HBI were selected as 5%、10%、20%、25% randomly in each heat. The results show that HBI charging does not give rise to rapid boiling in the furnace nor HBI sticking onto the furnace well were observed, An increase in the HBI addition leads to an increase in the consumption of electrical energy. The levels of the residual metals decrease with increasing HBI in the furnace feed. There is no significant influence of the HBI addition on the basicity of liquid steel. |
