中文摘要 | 本研究之主要目的為:一、調查臺北市立動物園遊客之遊憩型態,以探討動物園於遊客心目中之遊憩地位。二、調查遊客對臺北市立動物園的空間及設施之使用滿意度,以評估動物園現有規劃及設計是否符合遊客需求。三、調查遊客對臺北市立動物園的服務管理之滿意度,以評估現有服務及管理方式是否符合遊客需求。四、分析臺北市立動物園遊客特性,包括社經背景、旅次特性、旅遊方式等,以了解潛在遊客需求驅勢。五、建立臺北市立動物園遊客調查模式並建議後續長期調查方式。本研究主要運用現地問卷訪談法蒐集臺北市立動物園遊客之意見。研究結果除遊客之社經背景及遊憩型態外,亦瞭解遊客對動物園之各項設施狀況滿意程度:遊客對動物園的設施狀況之「場地維護狀況」為最滿意,「觀賞地點遮陽程度」最不滿意;遊客對獸欄展示場之「解說牌內容」最滿意,「動物出現頻率」最不滿意;遊客對遊園專車之「收費價格」最滿意,「專車座位數量」最不 滿意。另外在遊客態度方面,遊客最希望再增加的設施為「涼亭」;多數遊客認為動物園需要提供餐飲設施, 最適當的餐飲為「西式速食」,最適當的餐飲提供地點為「園內中區」;不贊成觸摸╱餵食動物的行為的遊客約五成八,贊成觸摸╱餵食動物的行為的遊客中,最想觸摸╱餵食的動物為「綿羊」;表示願意再來動物園的遊客佔絕大多數;表示不接受調高入園票價者佔五成八,而願意接受調高票價的遊客則佔四成二。 |
英文摘要 | The purposes of this study are firstly to investigate the leisure pattern of visitors in order to understand the recreational position of Taipei zoo in visitors' perception. Secondly, to realize the satisfaction level of leisure space and facilities in Taipei zoo in order to evaluate the suitability of planning and design. Thirdly, to evaluate service and management through investigate visitors' satisfaction level. Fourthly, to analyze the visitors' characteristics, including socio-demographic variables, travel characteristics, and recreational characteristics, in order to trace the visitors' trend in the future. Finally, to establish basic visitors' data bonk of Taipei zoo for future longitudinal survey. A questionnaire survey was carried out in this study. The result showed the most satisfying facility was “maintenance of places”, the least satisfying facility was “shelter of observation spots”. For those animal related factors, the most satisfying factor was “the content of interpretation plate”; the least satisfying factor was “the frequency of animal show up”. For those Taipei zoo bus related factors, the most satisfying factor was “price”; the least satisfying factor was “the quantity of seat”. And about the attitude of visitors, most of them wished to increase “pavilions”, “eating and drinking facilities”. Further, visitors considered “western fast food” was most properly sold in zoo and the most suitable vending spot was “middle area of the zoo”. About 58% of visitors did not agree with petting and/or feeding animal. Among those agree with this behavior, the most favor animal was “sheep”. And most of the visitors showed their willingness to visit Taipei zoo again. |
