英文摘要 | 本文提出一個利用任意三角形柱單元分析三維具良好潤滑鍛粗之上界限單元法。 此任意三角形柱單元之速度場由三角柱各節點速度導出。經由此速度場,以未知之節點速度 為準獨立參數對總變形功作最佳化處理,求得上界限形負荷及材料流動情形。本文舉正方形 柱及四葉凸形柱在兩平模間具良好潤滑情況 (在工件與模具間墊以 Teflon 薄膜 ) 之鍛粗 為例,以驗證本法之可行性。經理論與實驗結果之比較,發現在成形負荷上相當一致,在流 動情形上亦相當符合。 ity field.
