中文摘要 | 本研究以實驗研究法,探究三項研究目的:(1)三角座標試釉法的內涵與特質,(2)塞格式試釉法的內涵與特質,(3)兩類試釉法的效能。研究結究: 三角座標試閘法是安重量百分比率表示釉方以調配釉藥的方法,此試釉法特質:(1)可以直托就釉方數據調製釉藥,施用便利,但(2)釉方成表示方式缺乏精確,釉方流傳困難,(3)極端值釉方燒成失敗率高,徒然耗用資源。 塞格式試釉法是以釉方化學成份元心的草耳當量數,作為釉方表示式的試釉方法。此試法特質:(1)以莫耳當量表示釉方組成成份,表示方式最為精確;(2)釉方以化學元素符號表示,放諸四海皆準,利於流傳;(3)就莫耳當量表示式釉方,即能大略判讀釉方的適當燒成溫度與透明性質;(4)為法直接根據莫耳當量表示式釉方配釉,需要先行換算成重量;(5)釉藥原料多屬多元素混合物,依釉方配釉須由混合物所含各元素量竑向套合莫耳數;(6)以莫耳當量表示式釉方換算為重量的歷程,極為繁瑣耗時;(7)重量換算必須準備分子量數據,未備即無法配釉;(8)釉方元素種類多樣,資多分子量數據常人無法輕易背記。 三角座標試讚法與塞何式試釉法效能的比較:(1)塞格式試釉法較三角座標試釉法尋獲成功釉方比率高約三倍;(2)三角座標試釉法較塞格式試釉法節省時間約五倍;(3)塞格式試釉法與三角座標試釉法耗用材料量相當。 對後續研究議題的建議:(1)塞格式鹼酸比與中酸比最適值的修正;(2)呈色劑對釉藥燒成結果的影響力。 |
英文摘要 | The study use experimental research method to explore three purposes: (1)The contents and characters of experimental method of glaze prescription presentation by weight percentage (EMGPPWP); (2)The contents and characters of experimental method of glaze prescription presentation by mole equivalent (EMGPPME); (3)The corporation of effectiveness of EMGPPWP and EMGPPME. The results are: The EMGPPWP is: (1)Convenient to practice directly; (2)Lack of precise details of glaze prescription material; (3)High-rate false results. The EMGPPWP is: (1)Precise details of glaze prescription material; (2)Convenient to share; (3)convenient to judge temperature and transparent; (4) Necessary firstly for mathematical transition; (5)Not suitable to pure glaze material; (6)Reluctant process; (7)Not convenient to prepare numerator quantity; (8)Not convenient to find numerator quantity. The effectiveness comparation of EMGPPWP and EMGPPME are: (1)The EMGPPME is triplicity to find successful glaze prescriptions than the EMGPPWP ; (2)The EMGPPWP is 6 multiples to save time than the EMGPPME; (3)The EMGPPME and EMGPPWP both have equal detrition of glaze material. The suggestions for continuing researches are: (1)The correction of alkali-acid rate and neuter-acid rate; (2)The influences of pigment to glaze experiments. |
