中文摘要 | 「產學合作」係結合學校教學資源及企業技術資源之合作策略,以達成共同培育 技術人力之目的。本研究以臺灣省高級職業學校與企業界合作進行產學合作專題研究現況加 以分析,採用自編之「職業學校辦理產學合作實施成效」及「職業學校辦理產學合作發展策 略」研究工具,對參與 84 及 85 學年度職業學校產學合作專題研究之學校行政人員、教師 、企業主管及員工進行產學合作實施成效進行調查研究;另對全省公私立職業學校教師及行 政人員進行抽樣調查及深度訪談,以探究其對產學合作實施發展策略之看法。本研究共獲得 有效問卷共 513 份,有效問卷回收率 71.66%。本研究綜合所獲資料分析發現:(1) 參與產 學合作之學校及企業均對實施整體成效呈現顯著之滿意水準;(2) 公立及私立學校教師及行 政人員間,對產學合作實施整體成效之看法呈現顯著差異;(3) 性質不同、參與經驗不同及 合作性質不同之企業間,對產學合作實施整體成效之看法呈現顯著差異;(4) 職業學校教師 及行政人員對產學合作實施發展之需求程度顯著;(5) 學校性質不同、參與產學合作經驗不 同、參與產學合作意願不同及職務類別不同之職業學校教師及行政人員間,對產學合作實施 發展之需求程度具有顯著差異。故本研究根據調查分析所得成果,綜合歸納出行政配合、師 資交流、設備支援、經費資助、宣導推廣、獎勵規範等六個構面的結構,並對行政單位、學 校、企業及教師等方面,提出推動產學合作模式之具體建議。 |
英文摘要 | Cooperative training programs, the so-called "co-ops," are a cooperation between schools and corporations that are purported to integrate personnel resources from schools and technical know-how provided by businesses. By combining theories taught at schools and on-job training provided by businesses, the co-ops help nurture and pave the way for these future technical professionals. Aided by in-depth interviews, questionnaire surveys, and self-developed research tools ("Implementation Results and Development Strategies of Cooperative Training Programs Initiated by Vocational Schools"), this study has analyzed into implementation results of the on-going co-ops provided by Taiwan vocational schools to come up with suggestions to improveimplementation strategies of co-ops. In this study, in-depth interviews and a sample questionnaire survey have been conducted to teachers, school administrative staff, corporate executives, and employees involved in the programs, as well as other teachers and administrative staff of vocational schools, A total of 513 effective surveys have been returned, which account for 71.66% of the surveys sent. After conducting a thorough analysis, the following five conclusions have been reached. First, participating schools and businesses have expressed a high and remarkable satisfaction. Second, there is a divergent opinion between the administrative staff and teachers at public and private schools regarding implementation results of the co-op programs. Third, opinions regarding overall performance of co-op programs also vary among the participated business in different background. In addition, people from public and private enterprises have formed different ideas. Fourth, teachers and administrative staff from vocational schools have expressed a strong need for support in developing cooperative training programs. Last, degree of the need for support in developing co-op programs also differs among different teachers and administrative staff in different background. Finally, the study has come up with recommendations for four related parties, involving government agencies, vocational schools, businesses, and school teachers, in development of cooperative training programs. |
