中文摘要 | 本研究以液/液相萃取法,探討不同含水比例之極性有機溶劑/正己烷系統,由椪 柑皮自體酵素作用後乙酸乙酯萃出精油中區分d-limonene之效果。研究結果顯示, 橘皮精油中d-limonene 在含水量10∼30%極性溶/正己烷兩相系統之正己烷層中, 有很高之分配比例,達90%以上。先將橘皮萃出之精油配製成10%(w/v)之正己烷溶 液,再以不同含水比例之極性溶劑(甲醇、乙醇及乙��)萃取,結果顯示:80%甲 醇、70%乙醇90%乙�藿骾-limonene之區分效果最佳,三者均達98%以上;精油 回收率則分別為18.7%、18.8%及8.4%。三種含水極性溶劑萃出之精油成分以含氧 化合物(oxygenated compounds)為主,佔95%以上,主要組成為linalool、α-terpineol、 linalool oxide、cis-carveol及β-sinensal等,碳氫化合物僅殘留5-7%。 |
英文摘要 | In this study, a liquid/liquid extraction solvent system (aqueous polar solvent/ n-hexane) was developed to fractionate the endogenous enzyme reacted orange peel oil extracted with ethyl acetate. We found that all of the three polar solvents, 80% methanol, 70% ethanol and 90% acetonitrile in combination with n-hexane, could remove almost 98% of the d-limonene and yield the best quality terpenel ess orange essential oil. The recoveries of the terpeneless essential oil could reach 18.7%、 18.8%、 8.4%, respectively. The terpeneless citrus peel essential oils obtained from this process contained about 95% oxygenated compounds, the majority of which were linaloolm α -terpineol, linalool oxide, cis-carveol and β - sinensal, while only about 5-7% hydrocarbon compounds resided. |
