中文摘要 | 本研究目的在探討不同專項運動鞋的避震(cushioning)及能量反彈(energy return )能力。八位男性受測者,在赤腳及穿著 5 種不同運動鞋的情況下,以步行、慢跑 、及快跑等運動方式,藉由測力板,測量其足部著地時所受之地面反作用力,來評估運動鞋 的避震能力;另外,以原地垂直跳方式,測量其跳起的高度,來評估運動鞋的能量反彈能力 。由實驗結果,赤腳與穿上運動鞋時測得撞擊力峰值並沒有差異,但最大負荷率在穿上運動 鞋後明顯降低,因此以最大負荷率來評估運動鞋的避震能力可能較為恰當。能量反彈的測試 結果, 赤腳及穿著運動鞋其跳躍高度沒有差異,此乃由於運動鞋鞋底的反彈時機( timing )無法配合人體跳起時的蹬地動作,因而失去作用。因此要增加運動鞋的反彈能力,選用的 鞋底材料性質,必須考量配合人體蹬地動作的時機,才能使跳躍高度增加。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to investigate the cushioning and energy return abilities of different sports shoes. Eight male subjects were assessed with barefoot and wearing five different sports shoes using force platform. Vertical ground reaction forces were measured while they were walking, jogging and sprinting to predict the cushioning ability. Heights were measured while they were doing vertical jumping for the energy return ability. The results showed that there was no significant difference in the impact force peaks among the six footwear conditions, but the maximum loading rates for barefoot condition were significantly larger than other five shoe conditions. Therefore, using the maximum loading rate was better than impact force peak to evaluate the cushioning ability of sports shoes. There was no significant difference in heights of vertical jump among the six footwear conditions. A more likely explanation is that the rebound timing of the soles could not match the take-off timing. Consequently, the combination of movement pattern and the selection of sole material are major factors for increasing the energy return ability. |
