中文摘要 | 本研究主旨在探討體適能計畫策略融入體育正課教學之效果,籍以提昇學生體適能,並提供體育課程內容設計的參考。本研究是採實驗設計法,以中州技術學院五專一年級兩班的男生為對象(實驗組47人、對照組36人),實驗組實施一學期體適能訓練,對照組則不實施體適能訓練,兩組學生在未正式進行體育課前皆接受體適能前測,然後實施一學期教學後,再進行體適能後測,施測項目包含身體組成、肌力、肌耐力、爆發力、柔軟度與心肺耐力等六項,經利用個人電腦SPSS8.0中文版之套裝軟體,求得測驗項目的平均數與標準差,並做獨立樣本差異性之t考驗與單因子共變數分析,獲得結論如下: 一、對照組經過一學期的基礎體育教學後,其體適能要素在肌力、肌耐力與爆發力項目方面的進步達到顯著水準(p<.05)。而身體組成、柔軟度與心肺耐力項目方面的進步未達到顯著水準。 二、實驗組經過一學期的基礎體育教學,並介入體適能計畫策略教學後,其體適能要素在肌力、肌耐力、爆發力、柔軟度與心肺耐力項目方面的進步皆達到顯著水準(p<.05)。只有身體組成一項的進步未達到顯著水準。 三、對照組與實驗組經過不同教學實施一學期後,比較體適能後測分數的進步情形,其結果除身體組成項目外,其餘肌力、肌耐力、柔軟度、爆發力與心肺耐力項目,實驗組後測成績的進步幅度皆達到顯著水準(p<.05)。對照組則略有進步。 |
英文摘要 | The purposes of this study were to investigate the teaching effects on physical fitness training program strategy involving into physical education curriculums, to promote the level of physical fitness for students, and to refer the design of physical education curriculums. For these purposes, the experimental design research method was used in this study,83 students study at CCUT were randomly divided into two groups as the subjects, the experimental group composed 47 students, the control group composed 36 students, all subjects were tested on their cardiovascular endurance, muscle strength, endurance, power, flexibility. The subjects of experimental group accepted three months physical fitness training, the subjects of control group didn't accept physical fitness training. The post test held at the end of the physical fitness training period, SPSS,80 statistic soft ware was used to analyze the data, the results were shown as follow: 1. After one semester basic physical education teaching. The subjects of the control group improved significantly their muscle strength, muscle endurance and power (p<.05), but no significantly improved in their body composition, flexibility and cardiovascular endurance. 2. After one semester basic physical education teaching and intervened physical fitness training grogram, the subjects of experimental group improved significantly their muscle strength, muscle endurance and power (p<.05), no significant improvement in body composition. 3. After one semester teaching and training, the subjects of two groups improved significantly their muscle strength, muscle endurance, power, flexibility, cardiovascular endurance and reached the level of significance (p<.05), except body composition. |
