中文摘要 | 本文是將恆溫槽溫度變化及溫度變化率當作控制輸入,利用模糊理論將操作者經 驗及專家知識表達成推論規則,配合隸屬函數將定性的控制規則數量化。由推論規則之結果 所產生的輸出,以起動加熱器之輸出功率,以達溫度控制之目的。藉由系統輸出響應,調整 知識庫之推論規則及隸屬函數,可使本控制器有良好的特性,即達到最快的上昇時間,最小 阻尼振盪,最快之安定時間和最小的穩態誤差。最後,經由實驗結果可知,本模糊控制器應 用於恆溫槽之適應性。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this paper is to convert the operator's experience and expert's knowledge into inference rules via fuzzy theory. The fuzzy Controller receives from A/D converter the sampled signal of the circulating temperature bath sensor and control signal is applied with a D/A converter to the thyristor power amplifier. A fuzzy controller has been implemented, using as inputs the temperature error with respect to the set-point, and the change of error. The membership function of fuzzy theory quantifies the qualitative inference rules to control the plant via the fuzzy controller. This study of fuzzy controller is to explore the fast reaching the rise time, setting time, the minimum overshoot and minimum steady state error of temperature control. Also, the feasibility of the proposed fuzzy controller will be validated via experimental results. |
