中文摘要 | 本研究的目的在分析跳舞機運動的學習過程,以探討全身動作協調的學習行為。研究中以八名大學女生(平均年齡19.5 歲)進行每天12 次,共7 天的跳舞機運動練習。將結果表現分數對練習次數作圖,再以對數函數和指數函數分別對這些學習曲線作適配,同時配合進步率的檢查來決定學習函數。研究結果顯示,以動作表現結果而言,跳舞機運動的學習行為是一個單一變化率的指數行為,這個行為代表系統正朝著固定點接近中。指數學習行為除了出現於表現結果曲線,也反應於系統的暖身效應中。以動力系統理論為根據來分析學習行為,使得學習曲線的解釋與應用有了理論基礎,同時對於全身動作協調過程的探討也提供一個量化的方法。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to analyze the process of learning the skill of dancing machine exercise in order to understand the behavior of whole movement coordination. Eight female college students practice the dance made from the dancing machine 12 trials a day for 7 days. The score of each trial was record and transfer to the result of performance. The performance scores then were plot as function of practice trials and were fitted using power law and exponential functions as one of the criterion to determine the learning function. In addition, the proportional leaning rates analyzed as the other way to discriminate the learning function. were The result showed that the behavior of learning the dancing skill in this study followed the exponential function of a single time scare that implied a dynamic toward the fixed point of the system. Besides the learning curves of seven days practice, exponential behavior can also found in the warm up decrements phenomena during learning. The dynamic system theory made the interpretation and application of leaning curve with the theory base and offer the method to quantify the process of whole body movement coordination. |
