中文摘要 | 本研究主要探討無段排檔機車握把設計,企圖找出較佳的設計準則,使得手部 的操控能更符合人因工程原則。實驗對象為40名17~20歲身體健全之男、女學生,每次受 測10分鐘後休息約20分鐘。研究結果顯示,現有之機車握把,其尺骨側偏角度(八角)約偏 大16.2~25.1度、煞車握距約偏大15mm、握把直徑約偏小7~10mm。尺骨側偏角度偏大,易 導致腕道症候群(Carpal Tunnel Syndrome);煞車握距偏大,則不易煞車操作;握把直徑 偏小則不利於握持。建議之設計規格為尺骨側偏0度、前臂內轉角度(改角)為80度、握緊 後煞車握距為55~65mm、握把直徑約為40mm。由此可見無段排檔機車握把的設計,確有進 一步探討之必要。 |
英文摘要 | The main purpose of this paper is to find the optimal ergonomic design principles for nonclutch motorcycle handle to make the ride of motorcycle safer and more comfortable. Fourty Students between the age of 17 to 20 were chosen for experiment. After ten minutes test, they were given 20 minutes break. The result shows that the ulnar deviation degree is 16.2~25.1 degree larger than the optimum, and the brake grap span of the conunonly used motorcycle handles is about 15mm larger. The handle diameter is about 7~10mm smaller. That the ulnar deviation degree is too large may cause Carpal Tunnel Syndrome; that the brake grap span is too large will make the operation of the brake difficult; that the handle diameter is too small will make the grap hard. This study suggests that the optimal design had better follow the principles: uinar undeviation, pronation 80 degree, the brake grap span between 55~65mm, and the handle diameter about 4Omm. As a result, to redesign the nonclutch motorcycle handle is neceessary. |
