中文摘要 | 本文主要是以平面波理論,建立直管、膨脹管、延伸管、槽孔型延伸管等基本消音元件之傳輸矩陣,透過將停滯壓力之觀念導入,因此槽孔延伸管型基本元件之傳輸矩陣得以分析,而後將此理論應用在實際直通式消音器之分析上,並以實驗驗證理論分析之結果,除在大於2500Hz以外,結果大致吻合。此外,文中亦分別探討膨脹管直徑、管中流速、槽孔開孔率、入口段延伸管長度對消音器性能之影響。 |
英文摘要 | In this study the transfer matrices for straight pipe, expansion pipe, extended pipe and perforated extended pipe component are established by using the plane wave propagation theory. Through the concept of stagnation pressure, the boundary conditions are complete for the open ended extended perforated tube, the transfer matrix for perforated extended pipe component can be obtained. And then the theory of the transfer matrix is used to analyze the real straight-through muffler used in the market and also compare to the experimental measurement. The agreement is good except at 2500Hz. Further, The parameters, such as the diameter of expansion chamber, flow velocity, porosity of the open cell and the length of the extended tube, are also investigated. |
