英文摘要 | The effects of the recycling conditions of waste newspaper on the qualities of deinked pulp have been studies. Experiments were carried out by varying one property at a time while keeping the others constant. The optimum recycling conditions are: disintegration consistency 4% or above, revolution counts 2000, remperature 40°C and alkali charge 2%. Dosage of deinking agent on oven weight waste newspaper 0.15-0.20%, at retention time 15 minutes while deinking temperature maintained at 60°C. The optimum recycling constant. Properties of pulp derived from two-stage (defibering then deinking) treatment are superior to those from one-stage. (defibering and deinking simultaneously) Quality of the secondery fibers depends a great deal on the "age" of the waste newspaper. It is recommended that the storage of the waste newspaper should not be more than six months. Brightness improvement of the deinked pulp after one-stage peroxide bleaching reaches more than 15% G.E. which means a brightness of 62% G.E., quite satisfactory for newsprint uses. Further bleaching with second-stage peroxide provides the pulp for higher grade utilization. |
