英文摘要 | Scientia musica-Science of music, grew in the modem European scientific environment and finally became as musicology after a long period development over two thousand years. The establishment of this scientific branch has a mutual relationship with the presentation of its system. A system of science is conceived as a scheme of knowledge. The system of musicology is designed to incorporate all the disciplines of musicology, and to make plans for different fields of investigation. Thereby the research in musicology could be fully developed. For one hundred years or more, musicology has actually developed accordingly. The system itself has also been modified through out the studies of musicology. Since Guido Adler, there have been several developments of systems for musicology. However, one may find out that Adler's dichotomy is still influential as grounding for systematical conception. On the other hand, the trichotomy of historical musicology, systematic musicology and ethnomusicology is the most widely accepted systematic scheme for the present. This does not mean that some fixed concepts in musicology are not unchangeable. Through examination, we may ascertain that concepts such as historical musicology, ethnomusicology etc. have obvious deviation or impropriety in fact, which is caused mainly by euro-centralism, by view of valuation, and by sense of superiority. It difficult to expect the international musicological academia, whose members are mostly western musicologists, actively to give up their accustomed euro-centralism or western-centralism, to correct the unjust phenomenon originated from the deviated concepts. However, the essence of science is to look for the truth, and what improper there is, must be corrected. So the author calls for that all the musicologists who would make this common cause, give up the euro-centralism or western-centralism, abandon the deviated concepts of ethnomusicology, historical musicology and their system in background. Take a reasonable new system like what Elschek 1973 twice submitted, change some concepts and apply them in musicological teaching besides research. |
