中文摘要 | 為探討母豬經不同方式免疫豬瘟疫苗後,其仔豬移行抗體之消長;以及仔豬以不同方式免疫後,其抗體之變化,乃應用抗體螢光中和法(Fluorescent antibody virus neutralization test,FAVN)檢測豬隻血清內之豬瘟中和抗體,以訂定田間豬瘟疫苗之最佳免疫方式。母豬部分,隨機選取母豬60頭,平均分成3組。第1組:母豬隔胎免疫,上一胎未免疫而本胎免疫;第2組:母豬隔胎免疫,上一胎免疫而本胎不免疫;第3組:母豬每胎免疫。仔豬部分,上述各組母豬所生仔豬中,再各別隨機分成4組。A組:3、6週齡免疫;B組:6、9週齡免疫;C組:僅於6週齡免疫; D組:不免疫做為對照組。試驗豬均於免疫直前、免疫後3週、以及分娩直後採血1次。試驗仔豬之A、B、C組於3,6,9,12及15周齡各採血1次,D組於1,2,3,4,5,6,7,9,12及15周齡各採血1次。並以SAS套裝軟體進行各組間抗體力價差異之統計分析。 試驗結果顯示:上一胎免疫而本胎不免疫的第2豬幾何平均力價(169)與上一胎不免疫而本胎免疫的第1組(315倍)及上一胎及本胎均免疫之第3組(362倍)呈極顯著的差異(p < 0.01)。但在分娩真後則僅第2組(102倍)與第3組(190倍)有顯著差異(p < 0.05)。各試驗組母豬所生仔豬,其各週齡之移行抗體消長情形並不因其母豬之免疫方如何而有所差異(p>0.05);各組仔豬之移行抗體在3週齡前大部分均≧32倍,而4週齡以後即迅速下降。6週齡時各組仔豬移行抗體均已無≧64倍之仔豬;而32倍之比率皆降到20%以下,分別是第1組8%;第2組20%及第3組18%。以不同週齡免疫之各組母豬所生之仔豬其15週齡抗體皆以6、9週齡免疫組為最高(第1組303倍,第2組364倍,第3組375倍),其次是6週齡免疫組,而3、6週齡免疫組最低,但抗體力價仍具高水準,各組之間亦無顯著性差異(p>0.05)。而對照組仔豬於12週齡以後,其抗體都呈陰性(≦4倍)。本研究之結論為:母豬可執行隔胎免疫或胎免疫;仔豬免疫適期為6、9周齡(可性微提前為5-6及8-9週齡)。而在疫區若恐較幼齡豬遭受波及時,亦可考慮改用3、6周齡免疫。 |
英文摘要 | To evaluate the effect of the optimal immunization program by fluorescent antibody virus neutralization test (FAVN) of classical swine fever (CSF). In this study, 60randomly selected sows were divided into 3 equal-size groups. In Group 1, sows were vaccinated every other labor and before the latest labor. In Group 2, sows were also vaccinated every other labor, but weren't vaccinated before the latest labor. In Group 3, sows were always vaccinated before mating. Eighty piglets from each sow group were randomly and equally divided into 4 groups, namely, Group A, B, C, and D. They were vaccinated at week 3 and 6, at week 6 and 9, or at week 6, respectively, except for Group D that served as control. All sows were bled precisely before vaccination, 3 weeks after vaccination, and right after labor. Piglets in Group A, B, and C were bled every 3 weeks from week 3 to 15. In Group D, piglets were bled every week after birth till week 7, and then were bled at week 9, 12, and 15. After analyzing the neutralizing antibody titers with SAS, the maternal antibody titers of all piglet groups didn't show significant difference with each other (p>0.05). Collectively, piglets that were vaccinated at week 6 and 9 had the highest titers, and they didn't show significant difference with each other as well (p>0.05). Considering the cost of vaccination and the protective span, sows should be vaccinated before every other labor, and piglets should be vaccinated twice, at week 6 and 9. Piglets could be vaccinated at week 3 and 6 to protect from CSF virus infection in enzootic areas. |
