中文摘要 | 現今汽車冷暖氣空調,除少數豪華車種外,均因價格因素而採用傳統無溫控功能之手動冷氣,無法採用恆溫空調。本文研究以8051單晶片為控制中心,個別控制汽車五個乘員點之溫度,每個控制點裝設溫度控制模組,包含數位式DS1620溫度感測器、風扇、冷/暖氣出風口控制;每個控制點之溫度可於LCD面板上個別設定、顯示,並加以監控,以滿足乘員個別之不同需求。成品經測試可達到預期功能,並驗證理論可行,後續可研究將風扇改為多段式控制,並利用簡單圖形顯示操作模式,以期更人性化控制。 |
英文摘要 | Because of price, except luxurious cars, the air conditions of cars almost use conventional ON/OFF control. It's cool/warm selectìon only, without temperature adjustment and control function. This paper investigates using 8051 microprocessor single controller on car air condition to control five passenger point temperatures in body room. There are five temperature control modules in five passenger points respectively. Every temperature control module contains DS 1620 digital thermometer and thermostat, fan and cool/warm air out1et control gate. The temperatures of every passenger point could be setting, indicating, observing and control to satisfy different requirement from passengers. The testing results show that the performance and function of the car constant temperature controller can reach the requirement. The constant temperature control is obtained. Further research effort is necessary to challenge the multi-step or stepless fan drive and graphical indicating, operation to improve human control. |
