中文摘要 | 當平衡受到破壞而滑倒或跌倒時,最先啟動的動作反應機轉是勁度調節。本研究的目的在於發展出一套評估老年人動態肌力與肌肉勁度的方法並在此基礎上探討老人年與年輕人在從事動態垂直跳CMJ動作時和下階梯動作時,下肢肌肉勁度調節能力的改變。受試者包括10名健康且有運動習慣的老人(年齡:68.6±5.52;身高:165.3±4.47 cm;體重:61.7±9.32 kg)和10名健康成年男性(年齡:24.3±2.37;身高:171.5±4.63 cm;體重:65.9±7.99 kg)實驗以Kistler測力板(1200Hz)和Peak Performance高速攝影機(120Hz)同步記錄CMJ動作和不同高度下階梯動作時的地面反作用力和下肢各關節運動學參數。本研究將下階梯動作支撐期最大地面反作用力與下肢在此時位移量的比值(F□/X□),以及CMJ動作時離心/向心轉換期力量與重心位移量的比值定義為下肢肌肉勁度。研究結果顯示,在從事下階梯動作時,老年人採用不同於年輕人的動作策略,著地時下肢關節角度變化(ROM)較小,下肢肌肉勁度較大;而在動態最大用力CMJ動作中,老年人肌肉所能調控產生的力量、動態性下肢肌肉勁度,皆明顯較年輕人差。這說明,下階梯動作肌肉勁度與動態肌肉勁度能力並無直接關係。隨著老化過程,最大動態自主性收縮肌肉勁度調節能力下降。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of present study was to develop an easy-use test method to evaluate leg muscular stiffness during dynamic exercise-CMJ and downward stepping and to investigate the relationship between dynamic stiffness and the stiffness regulation during downward stepping. 10 health aged people (age: 68.6±5.52; height: 165.3±4.47cm; weight: 61.7±9.32kg) and 10 students (age: 24.3±2.37; height: 171.5± 4.63cm; weight: 65.9±7.99kg) were served as subjects. Kistler force platform (1200Hz) and peak Performance high speed camera (120Hz) were used synchronously to record the ground action force and the kinematic parameters of lower extremity during the subjected performed CMJ and stepped down from height 20, 30 and 40cm. Leg muscular stiffness was defined as: i) the ratio of maximal ground reaction forced and the leg displacement at this moment during downward stepping (F□/X□) the ration of ground reaction forced that the transition from eccentric to concentric contraction and vertical displacement of center of gravity (Fi/□y) during CMJ. The results reveals that the aged group compares to young group stepped down with a smaller joint range of motion and greater leg stiffness. The force and the leg stiffness produced and adjusted by lower limb muscles during CMJ were significantly smaller for elderly. This evidence shown that the leg stiffness during downward stepping is independent of dynamic leg stiffness during CMJ. With the aging, the adjustment ability of leg stiffness for maximal dynamic voluntary contraction was decreased. |
