中文摘要 | 本文先論述師資證照制度的意義、目的與功能。其次從中美兩國教師證照制度的比較中,找出可供我國參酌改進之處。依據中美兩國的比較,本文提出我國教師證照制度的五個改革方向:第一,落實教師資格檢定制度,確保教師素質;第二,成立專責單位,加強教師檢定工具的研發工作。第三,督促個地方教育行政機關主動辦理教師資格檢定定採行一致的檢定標準;第四,建立教師證照等級及換證制度,促進教師專業成長;第五,善用民間專業團體力量,強化教師證照檢定功能。 |
英文摘要 | This paper analyzes the definition, purposes, and functions of teacher certificate system. In addition, this paper compares the Chinese system with the American system. According to the comparison findings, this paper proposes the following reform directions: (1) strengthening the function of teacher testing practices, (2) establishing a professional unit for the research and development of teacher testing instruments, (3) encouraging local educational agencies to actively fulfill their responsibility of teacher testing, (4) establishing a teacher certificate renewal system, (5) involving non-government organizations in the development of teacher testing practices. |
