英文摘要 | This is a study of employees job satisfaction in Tali Township Farmer’s Association using Frederick Herzberg’s Two Factors Theory. Herzberg concluded that people would concern about two factors. One is the hygiene factors, such as company policy and administration, supervision, working conditions, interpersonal relations, money, status, and security that are considered to prevent the dissatisfaction. The other is motivating factors, such as achievement, recognition for accomplishment, challenging work, increased responsibility and growth and development that are necessary. By using the ten main factors we found that employees in Tali F A have satisfied with the hygiene factors. Managers in Tali FA should pay more attention to the motivator factors, as those are necessary. |
