中文摘要 | 藉由運動以獲得健康與較佳的身體狀況已成為體育運動推展的主流,為瞭解屏 東技術學院體育興趣選項對學生體適能之影響,以作為改進體育教學之參考,本研究主 要目的在於:(一)瞭解分析國立屏東技術學院學生之體適能之現況;(二)比較體育興趣分 組教學前後大學生體適能之差異;(三)比較各分組教學對大學生體適能改善優劣差異。本 研究以屏東技術學院八十四學度下學期,研究者授課之班級230人為研究對象,包括日間 部游泳組兩班、網球組一班,進修部跳繩組一班、桌球組一班。本研究所採用體適能測驗 方法,以「中華民國學生體能測驗手冊」編定的內容為標準,測驗項目包括,身體組成、 肌肉適能、柔軟度、瞬發力及心肺適能。採前、後測之方式以比較體育興趣分組教學對大 學生體適能之影響。所測得資料以T考驗檢定、單因子變異數分析、共變數分析比較,其 結果如下: (一)從與全國常模比較中,發現本校男生在身高、肌力、肌耐力、柔軟度(前測)心 肺適能(前測)、瞬發力等項目均不如全國平均值;女生則在前測時肌力不如全國平均值, 不過後測時在柔軟度、心肺適能則優於全國平均值。 (二)從校內比較發現日間部學生體適能優於進修部學生,尤其男生在肌力、肌耐力 、心肺適能、瞬發力項目均有顯著差異;女生則在柔軟度(前測)及瞬發力有顯著差異。 (三)從興趣選項教學前後比較顯示,男生在肌力、肌耐力、柔軟度、心肺適能等項 目上均有顯著進步;女生則在肌力、肌耐力、柔軟度、心肺適能及瞬發力等項目上均有顯 著進步。 (四)從興趣選項各分組前後檢測比較顯示,游泳組對身體組成、肌肉適能、柔軟度 、心肺適能之效果較佳;網球組在柔軟度、心肺適能較有效果;跳繩項目則對身體組成、 肌肉適能、心肺適能、瞬發力之效果顯著;桌.球組對肌肉適能、柔軟度、心肺適能、瞬 發力項目顯著效果。 (五)在排除教學前個人體能影響後,四組興趣選項教學對男生之身體組成(BMI)及柔 軟度改善效果有優劣差異存在;而對女生而書,則各興趣選項組別對體適能改善沒有顯著 優劣差異存在。 本研究並根據研究結果與發現提出體育教學中改善之建議。 |
英文摘要 | This study aims to: (1) realize and analyze the current physical fitness of NPPI students; (2) compare between the students' fitness before and after taking the course of interest-option P. E.; and (3) compare the degree of improvement on students' physical fitness. The subjects are the researcher's students taking the P. E. program for the second semester of 1995 school year in NPPI, totaling 230 examinees from two swimming classes and one tennis class of day division; as well as one rope jumping class and one table tennis of Continuing education, respectively. This study adopts the method of fitness Testing Approach subject to standards specified in "Handbook for R.O.C. Students Physical fitness Test", the test is categorized by body composition, muscle fitness, flexibility, cardiorespiratory fitness and power. Using the anterior and posterior test will obtain the data for the comparison of the said teaching effect on students' physical fitness. The gleaned data will be processed by T-test, one-way variables analysis and covariance analysis; the result is as follows: (1)With the national normal mode comparison, the height, muscle strength, muscle endurance, flexibility (anterior test), cardiorespiratory fitness (anterior test), power of male students are under the national averages. The anterior test of females' muscle strength is under the national average; while the flexibility and cardiorespiratory fitness in the posterior test are superior to the national averages. (2)From the in-campus findings, day students are superior to Continuing education ones; in particular, males have significant difference in muscle strength, muscle endurance, cardiorespiratory fitness, power; females differ obviously in flexibility (anterior test) and power. (3)Indicated from the comparison between the anterior and posterior test of interest-option teaching,.male has significant progress in muscle strength, strength endurance, flexibility, cardiorespiratory fitness; female has significant progress in muscle strength, muscle endurance, flexibility, cardiorespiratory fitness and power. (4)According to the result from the anterior and posterior test on interest-option progrwn, students of swimming classhave better gain in body composition, muscle fitness, flexibility, cardiorespiratory fitness; students of tennis have better gain in flexibility and cardiorespiratory fitness; rope-jumping students have significant gain in body composition, muscle fitness, cardiorespiratory fitness and power; table tennis students have remarkable gain in muscle fitness, flexibility, cardiorespiratory fitness and power. (5)Regardless of the factor of personal physical fitness before such teaching, there exist performance differences between four male interest- option groups in body composition (BMI) and flexibility; while no significant improvement exists between female groups in physical fitness. On the basis of these results and fmdings, this study will present some improvement proposals and suggestions inthe process of P. E. teaching. |
