中文摘要 | 大部分現行的CATI系統都只局限於電腦輔助調查方面,而缺乏電腦輔助資料檢誤 、資料整合及資料統計分析等功能。而在費用方面,目前市面上的 CATI 系統動輒須要一、 二百萬,若能在較少的經費下設計一套適合本土情況的 CATI 系統,無論在經濟或效用方面 皆會有莫大的貢獻。在問卷設計管理及電腦檢誤方面,本研究除了現有的電腦輔助訪問功能 外,更加強了即時檢誤、問項安排及記錄整合的功能,期能增加訪問的有效及時效性,進而 隨時得知訪問狀況。 |
英文摘要 | Computer-assisted Telephone Interviewing (CATI) allows interviewers using the personal computer to key in data when telephone interviewing and to edit the data with predesigned software program at the same time. After entering the response, the system would correct the inconsistency and error immediately. In Taiwan, CATI has been largely used by the market survey research organizations. Howerer, most of the current system focuses too much on the assistance of carrying on a survey rather than on data editing, arrangement and analysis. The purpose of this plan is to develop a CATI system that perfectly matches our own specific environment by combining the specialists in social science, statistic and computer. The quality of the survey would be highly evaluated and the cost of CATI would be further reduced from NT$1.2-2 million to 0.5 million. |
