中文摘要 | 晚生種白芹菜種子以-0.7至-1.0MPa水勢能KNO,溶液於20℃滲調6-8天,結果顯 1.KNO �偕紗梜B理對芹菜發芽有促進效果, 滲調種子總發芽率均比對照組高出約 0.2-11.5 %。平均發芽天數比對照組快 5.2-6.1 天,比對照組縮短 54.2-63.6% 的發芽時間; 發芽係 數每天可以提高 9.8-17.0 個, 比對照組提高 126-218%: 滲調處理和對照組間均有顯著差 異。 2. 滲調種子之發芽率為 75.1-83.5%,對照組種子發芽率為 74.9%。以總發芽種子計 算,滲調種子達到 50% 種子發芽率需要 2.7-3.7 天,對照組則需要 10.3 天; 滲調種子達 到 60% 種子發芽率需要 3.2-5.3 天,對照組則需要 11.3 天。 3. 以 KNO �陞|種水勢能 (-0.7MPa,-0.8MPa,-0.9MPa 及 -1.0MPa) 及三個滲調時間 (6, 7 及 8 天 ) 而言,三種 水勢能的溶液在 10% 及 50% 發芽日數有顯著差異; 滲調處理時間的長短影響發芽平均日數 、發芽係數及 10% 發芽日數有極顯著差異。不同水勢能及滲調處理時間之交感僅在 10% 發 芽日數有顯著差異。 4. 處理效果由種子總發芽率、種子發芽係數、種子發芽天數及種子發 芽到 60% 的天數來評估, 其滲調效果較佳之處理計有 (1)KNO �陘籉黺朘� -0.7Mpa,20 ℃ 處理 6.8 天。 (2) KNO �陘籉黺朘� -0.8MPa, 20 ℃處理 7-8 天。 (3)KNO �陘籉黺朘� -0.9MPa,20 ℃處理 6-8 天。(4)KNO �陘籉黺朘� -1.OMPa,20 ℃處理 7-8 天等。 |
英文摘要 | Seeds ofyellowing, self-branching type celery ("late" variety cultivated in Taiwan) were primed in KNO �� solution with water potential ranged from -0.7 MPa to-1.0 MPa at 20 ℃ for 6- 8 days. The untreated seeds were served as control. The results showed as followings: 1.KNO �� priming could obviously promote the germination rate and germination percentage of celery seeds. The germination rate of primed seeds were 0.2-11.5 % higher than untreated seeds. The average days of germination in primed seeds showed also 5.2-6.1 days earlier than untreated seeds. The time of germination could be reduced 54.2-63.6 %. The germination coefficient of germination vigor were 9.8-17.0 seeds per day higher than untreated seeds. The efficiency of germination could be improved and increased 126-218%. Most of primed seeds showed also significant difference in germination rate, the average days of germination, the germination coefficient of germination vigor and the days of 60 % germination rate with untreated seeds. 2.The germination rate of primed seeds were 75.1-83.5 %, while the untreated seeds were 74.9 %. The time required to 50 % of primed seeds germination were 2.7-3.7 days, while the untreated seeds were 10.3 days. The time required to 60 % germination of primed seeds needed 3.2-5.3 days, while the untreated seeds needed 11.3 days. 3.Celery seeds primed in KNO, solution with water potentials ranged from -0.7 MPa, -0.8 MPa, -0.9 MPa and -1.0 MPa at 20 ℃ for 6, 7 and 8 days indicated that there was no significant difference could be observed between water potentials, while a significant difference could be found between incubated duration. The average days of germination and the days required to 10 % germination were obviously significant difference between incubated duration. 4.The effect of primed seeds could be assessed by germination rate, the average days of germination, the germination coefficient of germination vigor, the days required to 10%, 50 % and 60 % of seed germination. Therefore, the proper combination of celery seed treatments in this experiment were (1) The seeds primed in -0.7 MPa KNO �� solution at 20 ℃ for 6-8 days. (2) The seeds primed in - 0.8 MPa KNO �� solution at 20 ℃ for 7-8 days. (3) The seeds primed in -0.9 MPa KNC)3 solution at 20 ℃ for 6-8 days and (4) The seeds primed in -1.0 MPa KNO �� solution at 20 ℃ for 7-8 days respectively. |
