中文摘要 | 全球資訊網在網際網路空間的非線性迅速興起,使得各行各業現行的管理資訊應 用系統,其使用者介面的全球資訊網化及資料庫應用系統的主從架構化成為了必然的趨勢, 目前已可看見各公私立大專院校的校務行政電腦化系統一一轉型出現在臺灣學術網路上 (TANET),為建立本校校務行政系統全球資訊網化轉型的骨幹基礎及經驗故進行建構本系統。 本系統對本校現行的暑修作業系統及相關行政系統作整體功能及操作性的研究找出了本 校校務運作的企業資料模式(Enterprise Data Model)及暑修選課運作的觀念資料模式 (Conceptual Data Model),並據以製作暑修選課系統的環境背景圖及主要功能圖。此外, 在暑修選課資料庫系統的分析上採用了Enhanced E-R Model,製作了對應的EER Diagram, 在邏輯資料庫的設計上,將EER Model所對應的Entity及Relation作了適當的正規化並考 慮必要的舊系統相容性。 本系統以物件導向的觀念開發,製作在以Internet為架構的基礎上,伺服器端採用 Windows NT server 4.0,網站伺服器是Internet Information Server 4.0,資料庫系統 是使用SQL Server 6.5,Client端採用Windows 98及IE 4.0瀏覽器,系統開發依系統發 展生命週期模式及快速原型製作模式的綜合觀念進行,開發工具採用Visual Basic 6.0及 Microsoft Visual InterDev 6.0,目前Prototyping已製作完成。 |
英文摘要 | The non-linearly rapid rising of WWW usage in Internet cyberspace makes nearly in every type of organization including business, health care, education, government, and libraries has to weblize its MIS (Message Information Systems). Nowadays we already can see the University's and College's AECS (Administrative and Executive Computer System) have weblized, one after another in the TANET. In order to set up the foundation and experience of AECS weblizing techniques of our school, this project is started. The system development process begins with enterprise modeling. In this step we review the nature of business area of current summer make-up classes and related AECS. An enterprise and conceptual data scheme are then defined. According to the schemes the CD (Context Diagram) and main functional DFD (Data Flow Diagrams) are depicted. Whereas, in database analysis we adopt Enhanced E-R model to build the EER diagram and in logic design, we approach database development from two perspectives. First, we transfer the conceptual data model into a standard notation called entities and relations, based on the relational database theory. Then, a process called normalization is performed. The system runs on the Internet environment and is developed by using the object-oriented techniques. The server and web server use Microsoft Windows NT sever 4.0 and Internet Information Server 4.0 respectively. The adopted database system is SQL server 6.5. The client ends using Windows 98 and IE 4.0 browser. The system's proceeding combines the steps of SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) and rapid prototyping model. Currently, the prototyping has been implemented and is on the running of testing, populating and maintaining processes. |
