中文摘要 | 本研究旨在探討不同個人背景變項(如 性別、教育背景及任教年資)的國小教師所認同的體育教學目標與教學成效間差值的差異,以了解不同個人背景教師體育教學目標認同度與目標達成的落差情形,研究樣本為台北縣國民小學教師,以自編之「國小教師體育教學目標及教學成效量表」為調查工具,合計發出1493份,回收有效量為973份,回收率65%,調查所得的資料經統計分析,有如下發現。 (一)不同性別教師的體育教學目標與教學成效的差值有差異存在,且女性教師之目標與成效的差距,顯著大於男性教師。 (二)不同教育背景教師的體育教學目標與教學成效的差?有其顯著差異,且非體育科系的教師其教學目標與教學成效的差值,顯著大於體育科系背景的教師。 (三)任教不同年資教師的教學目標與教學成效間的差值,頗為一致,其間無顯著差異存在。 |
英文摘要 | This study had analyzed gap of the identification tendencies and the teaching effects in physical education teaching objectives for different variables of individually background elementary school teachers. The seventy public elementary schools were used to be the mother teachers were chosen to be the subjects. 973 questionnaires from 1,493 teachers that 65 percent were returned validly. The conclusions of this study were as follows: 1.The gap had significant difference between the identification tendencies and the teaching effects in physical education teaching objectives for different tender teachers. 2.The gap had significant difference between the identification tendencies and the teaching effects in physical education teaching objectives for different educational background teachers. 3.The gap had no significant difference between the identification tendencies and the teaching effects in physical education teaching objectives for different service years teachers. |
