中文摘要 | 茶樹葉片葉綠素a慢相螢光釋放分析,當葉片水勢降至-22巴時,Fp→FS螢光釋放值及下降時間與正常葉片比較差異不明顯,但影響光合作用CO2固定作用而FM峰點出現時較遲。當葉片水勢降至-32巴時,Fp→FS下降時間延長且下降值降低,同時FT值(穩定狀能下螢光釋值)略為增加,根據Qq及qE之分析結果,中度缺水導致囊狀體膜離子濃度梯度形成緩慢而 Qq及qE值同時下降,當葉片水勢降至-55巴時,Fp→FS螢光釋放曲線 Qq及qE分佈呈水平狀態,不論光合作用 CO2固定或電子傳遞已呈停滯狀態。 |
英文摘要 | The slow chlorophyll a fluorescence induction at leaf water potential of -22 bars, the time of Fp→FS decline was similar to normal irrigated leaves, but the photosynthetic CO2fixation rate declined and FM peak appeared late. Leaf water potential at -32 bars, the time of Fp→FS decline delayed which the FT value (value of steady -state fluoresecence) induction level increased slightly. According to the analysis of Qq and qE, moderated water stress (-23 bars) induced both values to decline. When leaf water potential decreased to -55 bars, both Fp→FT induction curve of slow fluorescence and aE , qQ values were not changed and in horizontal condition indicating the either photosynthetic CO2 fixation or electron transport was stopped. |
