中文摘要 | 以樺木(B)及橡膠木(R)二常用樹種與高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)、低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)、聚丙烯(PP)、聚苯乙烯(PS)及耐衝擊聚苯乙烯(HIPS)等五種塑膠製成木材與塑膠之模式試片後,探討木釘直徑及木釘含水率對模式試片界面膠合剪力之影響。結果顯示:絕乾木釘與五種塑膠之界面膠合剪力顯著大於氣乾者,界面膠合剪力隨木釘直徑增大有略上升再漸次下降之趨勢,唯相鄰直徑級間差異不顯著僅8與14 mm間差異顯著;綜合考量平均界面膠合剪力、處理變異性及模式試片破壞形態,以直徑10 mm絕乾木釘為最佳規格。以此規格探討埋入深度對界面膠合剪力之效應,得知在25 mm以下時埋入深度與最大脫膠力成線性相關,而對界面膠合剪力之影響不大。本研究所發展之改良式引拔法操作簡單,其量少樣多之特性可作為業界大量生產前篩選加工條件之評估指標。 |
英文摘要 | Specifications of model composites for a modified macromechanical pull-out test, derived from the single-fiber pull-out test, were standardized. Birch and rubberwood dowels and 5 types of thermoplastics were used to make model composites for evaluating the effects of dowel specifications and embedded length. Results showed that model composites of oven-dried dowels exhibited higher interfacial shear strengths; of the 5 dowel diameters tested, statistical difference was found between those of 8 and 14 mm. Oven-dried dowels with a diameter of 10 mm appeared to be the optimal specification. Debonding force was linearly dependent on the embedded length when embedded lengths were below 25 mm, whereas interfacial shear strength appeared to be independent of the embedded length in most thermoplastics. The modified macromechanical pull-out test appeared to be a simple and reliable method for assessing interfacial shear strength between wood and plastics. |
