中文摘要 | 性別教育通識課程於大學院校已開設多年,對於高等教育階段學生性別意識之提升助益頗大。然而由於性別教育具有跨科際的特色,因此性別教育通課程在實施時常呈現師資不足的困境與侷限。臺大、中正、成大、高醫等校多年來採用協同教學尚無法將性別教育通識課程普及各校,因此許多性別教育通識程規劃者都極力發展另類教學法,以克服當前性別通識教育課程的困境,進而提昇其教學成效。遠距教學是筆者三年來教授性別教育通識課程所採用之另類教學策略,期以在教學歷程中,以視訊效果整合教學資源,讓性別教育通識課程可免於時空之限,而更為普及化。 性別教育通識課程在南臺灣偶有開設,但大多卻開授於各系所中,通識教育課程中性別相關的通識科目不但少,更受限教學人力資源的窘境;因此高雄醫學大學以兩性研究中心成員之人力資源規劃一門商合各種背景科系修習的性別教育通識課程。然而婘學人力資源整合不易,因而在考量再三之下,接受國立高雄第一科技大學委託,以國立高雄第一科技大學為主播學校,在1997年嘗試進行遠距教學。至今每學期皆有多所學校收播,其開課情況頗為熱烈,因此筆者將近三年對同步遠距教學之課程規劃與教學策略心得提出,期與國內學者專家分享並提出提昇教學品質之策略。 |
英文摘要 | Gender studies in general courses are in advantage to advance students' gender ideology. However, due to the inter-subjects characteristic of gender studies, lots of difficulties and limitation happening while practicing. Only one instructor is not able to handle with multi-gender issues, therefore, National Taiwan University, Kaohsiung Medical University and other schools adapted team teaching in order to work out this situation. In addition, applying distance learning in instruction is the remarkable way of teaching gender studies general courses. Synchronous distance learning is a high-tech application. By the assistance of distance learning system, interaction such as body languages, movement, facial expressions and class atmosphere all can be transmitted. Therefore, interaction and instant teaching with students is possible through synchronous distance learning. Gender related courses are not only short, but also limited in human resources. Therefore, by collecting research fellows of Center for Research on Gender, Kaohsiung Medical University designs "gender, culture and society" course for students. Nevertheless, integration of human resources is quite difficult. Thus, having synchronous distance learning courses in 1997 at National Kaohsiung First University is one of the solutions. In terms of Asia Women research courses international work shop, hope to share our experiences with experts in order to improving instructional quality. |
