中文摘要 | 壓鑄過程中流體流動現象、溫度場分佈及捲氣現象與壓鑄件的品質有著相當密切 的關係。本研究即從數學解析進而以電腦模擬三度空間壓鑄製程,包含壓鑄模具及製程條件 設定從灌模、凝固到冷卻的過程,發展一套完整的電腦輔助分析系統,來輔助壓鑄模具的方 案設計與製程條件之設定。 為了驗證以上模擬程式之正確性與計算效率提升,本研究以Gear Pump壓鑄件為分析 載具,進行電腦模擬及水模試驗印證,並與知名國際商業軟體進行計算效率及可靠度方面的 比較。由客觀的比較結果可以得知,本研究的程式本體已具有國際軟體的水準,只要在軟體 的包裝方面再下工夫,即可應用在壓鑄模的設計上。 |
英文摘要 | The fluid flow, heat transfer and gas entrapment phenomena have great effects on the qualities of the die casting. In this research, efforts were made to develop a three dimensional mathematical model to simulate the die casting process, including mold filling, soldification and subsequent cooling process. This model is shown to be capable of helping die casting engineering to determine the optimal gating/running system as well as the overflow / venting system in the die casting die. In this study an actual gear pump die casting was tested to illustrate how the filling proceed and when and where the gas entrapment would occur during the low speed die casting process. The results were verified by water model experiment. It was also compared with other popular commercial software and proven to be very efficient and reliable. |
