中文摘要 | 本研究乃整合教育視導、社會工作視導的理論,以導入加盟連鎖總部人員對其加盟店採取視導行為之研究,本研究以兩家連鎖房屋仲介加盟店人員為研究對象,以問卷調查方式調查264位人員的意見。結果發現專戶式視導制度優於兼辦式視導制度,而加盟店人員年資、房屋仲介經驗、店東加盟店數、加盟店成立年資、區域、員工規模等變項對總部人員視導功能行為、視導導向行為的看法有顯著差異,但在性別、年齡、教育背景、工作經驗、職稱等變項對總部人員視導功能行為、視導導向行為的看法則無顯著差異。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to identify the supervision behavior of franchise chain stores' supervisors. The procedure was conducted by theoretical review and questionnaire survey. A total of 264 franchisees and their employees of the two companies were sent questionnaire by post. The main findings of the study are in the followings: Different supervision system, experience, stores of franchise, working period of franchise, area and hired of staffs in the supervision behavior were significantly different at the .05 level. But different gender, age, education, working period and title in the supervision behavior were not significantly different at the .05 level. |
