中文摘要 | 本文旨在研究負載模型對台電七二九停電事故之系統動態特性的影響。採用五種適於台電系統之負載模型:(1)靜態ZIP模型、(2)動態Motor模型、(3)複合模型、(4)PTI IEEE模型、(5)指數模型,模擬當事故發生期間,負載特性對系統機組角度、匯流排電壓、線路電流及潮流量之影響。藉由研究類似台電七二九停電事故的案例,探討當發生事故時各種動態特性受負載模型影響而產生的變動差異,以期發生類似重大事故時可採取有效的因應對策,減低時間延續所造成的連續性擴張效應。研究結果顯示以動態Motor模型負載對動態特性的變化影響最大,對系統穩定度干擾最嚴重。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this paper is to study the effect of load models for dynamic performance in Taipower July 29,1999 power-outage. Five suitable load models for the Taipower system are adopted here in order to simulate the effect of the load characteristics on the system rotor angle, bus voltage, transmission line current, and power flow at the time of the incident: (1) Static ZIP model; (2) Dynamic Motor model; (3) composite load model; (4) PTI IEEE model; (5) Exponential model. By simulating the case of Taipower July 29,1999 power-outage to study the effect of load models for dynamic performance variations, it is hoped that his study will clearly point out the effective coping strategies, to reduce the damage of timing continuous effect, and that it will be of substantial help at the time of incident. Results show that the Dynamic Motor model gives the largest influence for dynamic performance variations, and the stability of system will be the most interfered. |
