中文摘要 | 本論文利用實驗方式研究外加感測器(加速度計)質量對樑振動影響,本文探討「固定-自由」以及「固定-固定」二種邊界方式之樑振動問題。實驗結果證明,由McConnell等人所提出之分析結果能夠準確預測外加質量下,橫向振動樑自然頻率之偏移,本研究在計算系統之模態質量(modal mass)時,沿用前人使用之特徵函數方法,我們在研究中比較預測下之偏移自然頻率與量測頻率得到之偏移頻率,結果發現預測結果準確性頗高,另外當附加質量置放於懸臂樑自由端時,其動態質量(dynamical or apparent mass) 在第二~五個模態幾乎為常數,並等於四倍之靜態質量值。 |
英文摘要 | This paper experimentally investigates the mass-loading effects on vibrating beams due to transducer mass. Both the fixed-free and fixed-fixed vibrating beams are investagated. Results show that a simple mass-loading theory proposed by McConnell can accurately predict shifts of natural frequencies of vibrating beams. To implement the method, we calculate the system modal mass according to eigenfunction expressions. Then the dynamical mass of the transducer and the frequency shifting can be estimated. Results indicate that the dynamical (or apparent) mass of the attached transducer tends to be a constant when the transducer is mounted at the free end of a cantilever beam and the second, third, forth or fifth mode is considered. The constant is equal to four times of the static mass. The experiments demonstrate good agreements between the predicted and measured natural frequencies. |
