中文摘要 | 本文以最普遍的薄膜成型製程-造紙為對象,並由整廠控制的觀點分析來一探其控制策略。從製程的進流到總基重間的質量平衡,我們看到程序中的零增益特性。針對此程序之迴流結構提出一種新的控制策略,不但解決了上述的問題,同時也以去耦合的 CD/MD控制形式,取代傳統CD控制上的奇異性問題。此外,諸如致動器位置的要求、組成量測問題和致動器間的交互作用等在使用上的相關議題,也都詳加討論並提出改善方案。模擬結果顯示,新提出的控制結構具有良好的控制效能,對模式誤差也更有韌性。更重要地,這些改善都只憑著控制結構的再設計即可達成。 |
英文摘要 | The control structure design for paper-making processes is addressed. The recycle structure in the process is identified first and the zero gain process characteristic is derived from material balances. A new control structure is proposed to overcome the zero gain behavior. This leads to a decoupled CD/MD control formulation as opposed to the traditional singular CD con trol problem. Practical issues such as desired actuator positions, consistency measurement problems and actuator interaction are addressed and remedial actions are also proposed. Simulation results show that the proposed control structure demonstrates good control performance and exhibits robustness to modeling errors. More importantly, the improvement is achieved by the Control structure redesign. |
