中文摘要 | 目的:本文報告二十八位年輕男性(包括了8位我國空軍幻象兩千型戰鬥機現役飛行員及20位同年齡之志願者)在地面實施L-1動作前後其眼內血流量之變化,材料與方法:我們使用了Langham Ocular Blood Flow System 來測量其眼內血流量值之變化,同時並記錄其眼軸長、屈光狀態、血壓暨脈博等數值。結果:我們發現實施L-1動作之瞬間平均眼內血流量為1338.51+-72.2μL /min,五秒鐘時平均眼內血流量為2469.29+-172.53μL /min (p<0.05),十秒鐘時之平均眼內血流量為2757.28+-221.07μL /min(p<0.05)。經統計眼內血流量值在實施L-1動作後的五至十秒鐘後將會急速上昇,其平均臺達133.94+-16.95%。結論:此意謂著在真實的飛行環境中,戰鬥機飛行員倘若實施L-1動作,將臺使眼內血流量迅速上升,避免大G飛行所誘發之灰視及黑視。 |
英文摘要 | Objective: To evaluate the change in pulsatile ocular blood flow during an L-1 straining maneuver on the ground. Meterials and Methods: A prospective evaluation of the change in POBF n 28 young volunteers (8 mirage-2000 pilots and ordinary volunteers) during an L-1 maneuver on the ground. We measured the axial length, pulse rate, mean blood pressure, diopters and changes in POBF during and L-1 maneuver for 100 seconds. Results: The mean POBF was 1338.51+-72.72 μL /min just before the maneuver, 2469.29+-172.53μL /min 5 seconds after the maneuver began (p<0.05), and 2757.28+-221.07μL /min 10 seconds after the maneuver began (p<0.05). We found a significant increase in POBF (up to 133.94+-16.95% on average) between the 5 and the 10 seconds after the L-1 maneuver began in most volunteers. In addition, the POBF in the pilot group showed surprising elevation (about 2 fold) during the L-thalmic circulation in a high-G environment and may avoid the development of "gray-out" and "black-out". |
