中文摘要 | 本研究係以有雇用殘障者義務的企業為研究對象,為了解組織中是否存在著對肢障者的態度上旳無形障礙,影響企業雇用肢障者的決策。本研究以臺南、高雄、屏東五縣市有雇用殘障者義務之企業人力資源主管為受訪的對象,採問卷調查的方式收集資料,共寄出963份問卷,回收235份,回收率為24.4%。分析結果發現:1.雇用態度會因組織特性中的企業規模、及資本別的不同,而有顯著差異。2.輕度肢障者的雇用態度會因雇主特性中的性別、對定額雇用制度的接受度、對過去經驗的看法的不同,而有顯著的差異;而中度肢障者的雇用態度會因雇主特性中的年齡、對過去經驗的看法的不同,而有顯著的差異。4.對輕度肢障者的雇用態度並未反應到輕度肢障者的雇用上,而對中度肢障者認為其不會造成管理上的問題時,則對中度肢障者的雇用率就比較高。 |
英文摘要 | The purposes of this research are to explore the impacts of the attitudes toward the employability of persons with physical disabilities on the rate of the employment of slight and moderate physical disabilities, and to discuss that the attitudes will be different due to organizational characteristics (Including company size, type of industry, private business or government-run business) and employers' characteristics (including age, sex, education, the acceptance of the disability act, the prior experiences with the disabled). The critical findings of this study are as follows: 1. The attitudes were differenct due to company size,private and government-run business. 2. The attitudes were different due to employers' characteristics, including sex the acceptance of the disability act, the prior experiences with the disabled. 3. The more favorable attitudes in the appropriateness of management for the moderate physical disabilities, the more moderate physical disabilities were hired. |
