中文摘要 | 區劃空間內主要是以阻隔元件之抗火性能,抑制火勢力蔓延。當火勢發展至最盛期不但增加了火災的猛烈程度,同時也增加了區劃空間結構失敗的機率。本文假設火災處於最盛期(或閃燃火災)的階段,區劃空間結構拉火性能才會失敗。建築物火災的發生屬於稀少事件,適合以波松分配加以描述,同理,閃燃火災發生的機率亦可用波松分配並配合火災統計資料來預測。本文假設區劃空間結構抗火性能失敗有三大機制:穩定性(stability)、隔熱性(insulation)、完整性(integrity),本文利用功能函數與極限狀態來界定區劃空間結構失敗三大機制的型態,整理功能性函數中影響參數,也簡述評個此類功能函數的方法,希望能提出預測區劃空間結構失敗機率的模式與方法,供消防實務界與學界參考。 |
英文摘要 | Fire spread can be largely prevented by means of fire resistance of barriers in a compartment. When fire reaches fully-developed phase, it not only enhances the fire severity but increases the probability of failure of structural fire resistance. In this study, it is assumed that only fully-developed fires could threaten structural fire resistance. The occurrence of building fire is rare and it is proper to apply Poisson distribution to model fire occurrence. Also, the probability of flash-over fire occurrence is appropriate to be predicted by employing Poisson distribution with the information of fire statistics. There are at least three mechanisms, namely, stability, insulation and integrity to model failure of compartment structural fire resistance. In this context, performance functions are investigated. This paper also describes the assessment method of performance function and brings up the model for predicting the probability of failure in compartment structural fire resistance. There models and methods can provide some ideas for fire safety engineer and fire officers. |
