中文摘要 | 本研究主要是針對基礎醫學研究中,對複雜的生物體進行體溫調節相關生理參數 之量測與分析。將生物體各部位溫度、濕度、呼出氣之氧含量、水蒸氣含量之變化等等生理 信號,經由各種量測感測器,轉換成微弱之類比電訊號,再將這些類比電訊號轉成數位訊號 後, 送入一部個人電腦中,進行新陳代謝率、體溫調節、熱蒸發散失.... 等生理反應參數 之分析。 系統建構完成之後, 我們分別在 8 ℃、 22 ℃、 32 ℃三個不同的溫度下, 將試劑 8-OH-DPAT ( 8-hydroxy-2-(dipropylamino)tetralin )打入大白鼠體內, 引發特定的體 溫調節之生理反應,來測試本系統的可用性。本系統的主要優點包括:低成本、易擴充、易 操作、即時量測與分析等。 |
英文摘要 | The system was designed to measure and analyze the thermoregulation- related physiological parameters of animal body. By means of some particular sensors, we can measure some low-level analog physiological signals such as animal's skin temperature, humidity, oxygen content and vapor content of respiratory air....etc. A multichannel processor module was designed for collecting these signals and sending them to an PC-AT microcomputer. Finally, we process the collected data and obtain the parameters such as metabolic rate, themoregulation and respiratory evaporative heat loss....etc. After constructing the prototype system, we injected 8-OH-DPAT (8-hydroxy-2- (dipropylamino) tetralin) drugs into rat to evoke particular thermoregulation reaction under ambient temperatures of 8℃, 22℃ and 32℃ respectively for testing the usability of the system. The advantages of this sytem include low cost, easy expansion and real-time measurement and analysis. |
