中文摘要 | 由於無線通訊快速地發展,使用行動通訊設備上網購物的方式,成為一種普遍的消費行為。傳統無線上網購物方式常因通訊品質不良或搜尋到太多不必要的資料,而延長處理時間,使得成本相對提高。行動購物代理人能夠應付此一問題,有效地降低頻寬需求。實際上,行動購物代理人是一種包含購物者需求的人工智慧程式,其能夠以行動碼的形式,在異質性的商務網站中執行。 至今未能有一完整的評估模式,專門針對行動購物代理人與Client-Server購物平臺做效能評估,所以本論文將根據行動購物代理人與Client-Server購物平臺,提出一套在商務網站上詢價 (Price Query)及議價(Price Bargain)的效能模型。實驗數據顯示在商務網站詢價與議價時,行動購物代理人之大小為 Client-Server 購物平臺資料長度的倍數(H)<100 與搜尋所得資料包含垃圾資料百分比(a)>200%之情形下,則行動購物代理人的執行總等待時間明顯低於Client-Server 購物平臺的執行總等待時間。 |
英文摘要 | Due to the rapid development of wireless communication, the online shopping through handhold' devices becomes a common consumptive behavior. However, the poor quality of wireless communication or search for unnecessary data too much often prolongs this kind of client-server on-shopping processes such that the cost of mobile commerce is relatively increased. Mobile shopping agents that virtually embrace shopper intelligence as mobile codes migrating around commercial sites can effectively address this problem by the reducing the bandwidth requirement. Nowadays, there is no significant works evaluating the performance of wireless online shopping on client-server and mobile agent approaches. In this paper, we propose a performance evaluation model of wireless online shopping, especially for two types of commerce that are price query and price bargain. The experimental results show that on both price query and price bargain when the ratio of the size of a mobile agent and the length of a request in client-server approach (H) is more than IIX}, and the percentage of garbage information (a) is greater than 200%, mobile agent approach has significant shorter waiting time than client-server approach on both commerce processes. |
