中文摘要 | 本研究是針對「醫院主管對智慧資本認知」所進行的個案研究,研究量表經文獻探討與專家訪談確認得到,而將智慧資本分成人力資本、結構資本與關係資本,研究結果顯示,醫院主管對「智慧資本有助於醫院獲致競爭優勢」有頗高的認知程度,就個別差異而言,身分別在「員工反應」、「文件管理」上,性別在「人力資源」、「員工反應」上,學歷別在「員工態度」、「組織效率」、「組織效率」、「激勵制度」上有顯著差異,大致而言,非醫師、女性、低學歷、高年齡、年資長的醫院主管對智慧資本的認知程度較高。 |
英文摘要 | The stud is a case study on "the cognitive differences of supervisors about intellectual capital in hospital". The scale was gained from literature review and expert review. We classified intellectual capital into human capital, structural capital, and relationships. The results showed that supervisors have considerable cognitive degree. As regards the independent variables, character had significant differences on "staff reaction", "document management". Gender had significant differences on "human capital", "staff reaction". Educational level had significant differences on "staff attitude", "organizational efficiency", and "motivation". Age had significant differences on "customer relation". Seniority had significant differences on "human capital", "staff attitude", "organizational efficiency", and "motivation". Generally speaking, supervisors with nonphysician, or female, or low educational level, or elder, or seniority had higher cognitive degree than others. |
