中文摘要 | 眾所周知二氧化碳具有無毒、無色、無臭、不燃性等環何優點,以及容易取得、易於達到界點的經益,加上其低表面張力、低黏度、高擴散性的溶劑特質,因此被公認為面臨禁用溶劑之最佳替代品。以使用二氧化碳為主所發展出來的超臨界二氧化碳洗淨技術為目前唯一周時符合環何要求、降低清洗成本、達到精密洗淨功麥的革命性綠色清洗技術。由於此技術在最近十年內才於美國蓬勃發展,並已於歐美日等工業先進國家商業化成功,相當值得引進國內解決有機溶劑污染問題。本文將對超臨界二化碳清洗技術的發展歷程作一回顧,並設明該洗淨法與傳統清洗方法的優缺點比較、清洗機制與製程、應用領域、未來發展趨以及國內發展狀況。 |
英文摘要 | Carbon dioxide is known as a non-toxic, colorless, odorless, inflammable, non-corrosive gas and begin. Additionally, it has the economical effect of ready availability, cheap and easy critical point reaching as well as its unique solvent properties: low surface tension, low viscosity, and high diffusivity. Consequently, carbon dioxide is widely regarded as one of the best alternatives for those solvents gradually forbidden. Supercritical carbon dioxide (SCCO2) cleaning technology, basically using pure carbon dioxide as cleaning media, is the only revolutionary green-cleaning technology, which simultaneously meets the requirements of environmental acceptability, economical effect and precision cleaning efficacy. Growing up quickly in the States during last decade, this technology has been successfully commercialized in Europe, America and Japan. Additionally this technology is worth-while to be introduced into Taiwan to solve organic solvent contamination problems. This article tries to make a historical review to the development of SCCO2 cleaning technology and describe the advantages and disadvantage compared with conventional cleaning methods, cleaning mechanism, process, application, future trend as well as current development in Taiwan. |
