中文摘要 | 本研究發展出利用1)全輻射入射量及風速及2)淨輻射量及風速兩種方法來判斷穩 定度,並與Pasquill 穩定度判別法作比較。以1993年10月至1994年8月間在臺中火力發電 廠所測得之氣象資料,發展這兩個方法。再以1994年9月之資料來驗証,發現Pasquill 與 Golder 法在9月之相關係數為0.80,而以全輻射入射量判別為0.88,以淨輻射量判別為0.85 。而 Pasquill 逐時之相關係數則在日出與日落前後最低,甚至出現不合理之負相關,而以 全輻射入射量判別,提升至正相關且相關係數在 0.5 以上。 而以淨輻射判別仍有不合理之 負相關出現。因此本研究建議以全輻射入射量來判定穩定度。除此之外,對全輻射入射量所 需之輻射資料,本研究亦提供在臺中市所迴歸之經驗公式,以利傳統之氣象資料間接求得。 |
英文摘要 | This study developed methods using 1)total downward radiation and wind speed and 2)net radiation and wind speed to determine stability classes. Data taken from the Taichung power plant from October 1993 to August 1994 were used to develop methods, and data in September 1994 were used for validation. The results show that the correlation coefficients between the Pasquil and the Golder methods were 0.78 in September, 0.88 using total downward radiation data, and 0.85 using net radiation data. During sunrise and sunset, the correlation coefficients between the Pasquill and the Golder methods were at their lowest and sometimes irrationally negative. The total downward radiation method can be used to solve this problem and raise the correlation coefficient to higher than 0.5, but the net radiation method still produce negative values. Therefore, we suggest using the total downward radiation method to determine stability classes. Equations to determine solar radiation and atmospheric radiation based on cloud data are also provided. |
