中文摘要 | 應變計式壓力感測器之量測靈敏度主要取決於其關鍵機件感測彈性體之變形能力,因此設計此種感測器時,使其於受額定壓力作用下所得之應變量最大化即為最主要的設計考慮之一。本研究乃為設計數種適用於不同壓力範圍之感測彈性體,並應用有限元素與最佳化技法對其進行分析與設計,同時計算應變計電橋理論之電壓輸出以獲得感測靈敏度。此外,對應於各不同額定壓力範圍的感測器之整體概念設計圖亦於本文中提出。 |
英文摘要 | The measurement sensitivity of a strain-gaged pressure transducer depends mainly on the magnitude of strain in the elastic member. One of the main tasks in designing a transducer of this type is, therefore, to maximize the strain under a full-rated pressure. In this study, several kinds of elastic members appropriate to different pressure ranges are designed, analyzed, and optimized by using the finite element technique in conjunction with a shape optimal design procedure. Measurement sensitivities in terms of the voltage outputs of the bridge circuits composed of strain gages bonded onto locations of maximum strains on these members are calculated. Conceptual designs associated with these various kinds of elastic members are also proposed. |
