中文摘要 | 扭斷螺帽 (Collar) 常使用於飛機次結構之永久固定之用。扭斷螺帽之工程設計規範及扭力控制研發報告為本研究主題。以目前BOEING現有之產品規範,探討產品規格,及外型幾何設計,針對成品強度,輔以電腦輔助系統 (ANSYS) 作結構強度之數值分析,以縮短產品開發階段的重覆研製時間,使得零件的結構強度達到原產品設計之功能及符合製造成本的經濟效益。 |
英文摘要 | Collar is utilized as a permanently installed nut on minor aircraft structures. The hexagon head is twisted off at designed torque for self-locking function to satisfy the structural joint strength requirement. Mechanical performance of the collar, including the product investigation of Boeing specification requirement, and geometric profile design, is numerically verified through Computer Aided Engineering (CAE) software (ANSYS) and will be presented in current study. The utilization of CAE increases the reliability and mechanical performance of product design, and decreases the manufacturing cycling time, which, in verse, decreases the manufacturing∞st and increases product competition. |
