中文摘要 | 本研究以政策利害關係人、三角測定及後設評鑑的理念,訪談15名自願受訪之利害關係人,從事桃園縣國民小學體育訪視評鑑之執行評估研究,並據以提出研究結果及相關建議,結論如下: 一、正面肯定部分:訪視目的適切;評鑑設計之項目周延、概念尚稱明確,規準尚稱可行,表件蒐集的資料能有效反應學校狀況與特色;評鑑程序符合邏輯且方法有效;評鑑委員組成周延;評鑑委員行前溝通充份;受評學校自評過程周延程度;實地訪視過程順利;結果處理公平、有效;整體成效深獲肯定與搬持續辦。 二、不足部分:經費額度;對學校之行前說明;對各校特殊狀況等的考量稍嫌不足。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to evaluation the implementation performance of Taoyuan elementary school physical education evaluation based the concept of stakeholder, triangulation, and meta-evaluation. In this study, interview 15 policy stakeholder, is applied to collect qualitative data. The main results of this study are as follows: (1)the implementation-evaluation positively ensure the effectiveness of elementary school physical education method & process, evaluation committee's, pre-evaluation communication with committee's school's self-evaluation, site-evaluation process, evaluation results analysis & statement, and total evaluation performance; (2)while it also reveals that the gap between the ideal and reality of elementary school physical education evaluation in Taoyuan, for example, budget, explanation for school, and based school's background. Finally, it proposed suggestions for further study and practical in school physical education evaluation. |
